Semiconductor major Huawei is planning to jump into the tablet bandwagon with the Mediapad. Not much is known about the tablet except that it might be a part of its IDEOS line up and run Android. Huawei claims that "the MediaPad is our smartest, smallest and lightest tablet ever – guaranteed to transform the consumer’s entertainment experience". We will know more about when Communicasia kicks off in Singapore on June 20th.
