Nintendo 3DS upgraded with web browser and access to eShop

Nintendo 3DS sales aren’t panning out the way it was expected. The company is now pushing in a firmware update which will give the handheld extra ups like web browser and access to the eShop for downloading games. This will be the first significant fix since it first occupied the US retail shelves. The company has also added Excitebike and Pokedex 3D with other features. With Sony’s NGP PS Vita too releasing this fall with a 3D display, Nintendo will have to do better than this to improve its count in the market.
