Sony unveils TX55 16.2MPtouchscreen digital camera

Tired of carrying that hefty
DSLR around? Here’s a quick way
to freeze those special moments
without having to spend too much
time with focusing and those
tricky camera functions. Perfect
for the holidaying shutterbug,
this touch-screen card-style
TX55 camera by Sony features a
backside illuminated CMOS sensor
and stabilized 5x zoom lens and
can capture 1080i60 movies, using
a MicroSD/SDHC or Memory Stick
Micro cards. The 16.2MP camera
sports a 3.3" OLED touch screen,
3D Sweep Panorama and digital
zoom. True-to-heart DSLR lovers
will probably cringe with this one
in sight, though the Sony TX55
seems to be a great way to click
away quickly.
