Remember how Batman could pull out a bunch of lethal weapons from his sleeve, without having to fumble in his pockets searching for knives? Designer David Brown has developed a similar sleeve for cops around the globe who risk their lives on a daily basis, fighting crime and cornering criminals. The sleeve, given that it’s fitted on the user’s hand, can be deployed instantly and packs a high-voltage tazer-like stunner, a video camera, a laser pointer and a flashlight too. Weighing less than three pounds, this armor sleeve is meant to be worn as a glove and uses cleverly placed buttons on the palm area to deploy the stunner, camera, laser and the flashlight.

For now a concept, David Brown could also add a communication system to this one, allowing cops to communicate by simply speaking into the sleeve, instead of fidgeting with their radios every now and then!
