Panasonic has unveiled three new camcorders i.e. the HX-WA10, HX-DC15 and finally the HX-DC1. All the three models feature HD resolution and are expected to hit the stores in Japan next month on 25th. The only waterproof model here is the HX-WA10 which can stand strong and functional in a water level of up to 3 feet. It features a 16MP sensor, a stereo mic, mini HDMI/USB/SDXC interfaces, 2.6-inch LCD and is priced at $550. The next in line is the HX-DC15 which is pretty much like its waterproof sibling HX-WA10, except that it’s not waterproof. It weighs just 162 grams and comes with a a 3-inch LCD, 16GB of internal memory and price tag of $610. Lastly, we have the entry level HX-DC1 model with a 14MP sensor, no (80MB) memory, mini HDMI/USB/SDXC interfaces, a stereo mic, and a 3-inch LCD for a price of $425. No word on worldwide availability as of now.
